T.I. Released to Half Way House

Reportedly T.I. has been transferred to a half way house in downtown Atlanta. Sources say he was brought by a transportation van last night, just in time for the Holidays. Although he may not be able to have privledges to leave until after the first of the year, he is now closer to his family. When he aloud to start his community release he will have a curfew of 10:30 pm on week days and 11:30 pm on weekends. He will remain at the half way house until sometime at the end of March when he was expected to be released. It is not uncommon for a federal inmate to be released to a half way house a few months before their release date, this had nothing to do with T.I.'s celebrity status. I hope he and his family have a Very Merry Christmas.

So last week, he reached out to his staff at Grand Hustle and ordered up a big surprise for his lil mama, who began shooting the 2nd season of her hit family reality show The Tiny & Toya Show on BET.
“He called and asked when the cameras would be rolling,” a production crew member told Sandrarose.com exclusively over the weekend. “He wanted to capture everything on camera.”
The surprise began for Tiny last Monday as she answered a knock on the door of her posh Jonesboro, GA mansion.
It was a flower delivery man bearing 6 or 7 bouquets of roses.
10 minutes later, there came another knock at the door and another flower arrangement. And every ten minutes thereafter — for about two hours — came more flower arrangements until the foyer was filled with a dozen beautiful bouquets of roses and flowers.
But between deliveries of flowers came the biggest surprise of all: couriers came bearing gifts of a different kind. “I want to show her how much I love her. I want to do something nice for her on camera,” T.I. had told his staff.
And something nice it was!
Couriers delivered a $4,000 Valentino bag, a pair of $2,000 Nicholas Kirkwood pumps (I’m smiling as I type this because some of y’all don’t have a clue about Nicholas Kirkwood pumps), a $1,500 Gucci jacket, scarf and matching boots, and a bottle of Marc Jacobs perfume.
“I ain’t gon’ lie that’s some real cute love right there,” said the production assistant. “Every day he’s calling asking how’s she doing, does she need anything? It was so sweet. He has a great heart.”
“People don’t realize how sweet she is,” the source continued. “But they’re getting to know her on the show. She’s so go with the flow. We want them to stay together. Because if they break up, Tip might end up with a b*tch that none of us get along with.”
You don’t understand, what other rapper’s girlfriend has what Tiny has. She drives a f****** Bentley! For a long time Kim [Porter] wasn’t driving no Bentley. She might have had a Range, but not no damn Bentley — and Puffy’s money is longer! [Tip] takes very good care of everybody.”
“You didn’t get that from me!” said my production source who asked to remain anonymous because she didn’t have authority to tell me anything.
The source didn’t know the exact cost of the romantic gesture, but I guesstimate T.I. spent between 20 and 30 grand on his boo. It must be nice to be able to treat your honey like it’s Valentine’s Day on any day of the week!

T.I. and Tiny will marry after prison release

Looks light wedding bells will be ringing for real this time for Rapper T.I. and fiance Tiny. In a recent interview with XXL Magazine, Tiny tells them she currently planning a wedding around T.I.'s expected release date.

XXLMag.com: Speaking of family, last season of Tiny and Toya you spoke of sharing vows and moving forward with a wedding. When can we expect to hear about a wedding date?
Tiny: Sometime [next] year, but we can’t really give a date yet because we have to find out exactly when Tip is coming home. We’ll have to just plan around that, but I envision a fairy tale wedding.
XXLMag.com: Fair enough. It’s clear you and T.I. are very committed and talented individuals, so why haven’t we heard any collaboration from the two of you?
Tiny: (Laughs) Well, we did one song and we just never really got back in the studio, but I can’t say that you won’t hear anything in the future. I don’t want to give it out yet; I want to hold it to make sure we go in that direction. We have several things that we’re talking about doing together, so we’ll see how that works out. [source]

T.I.'s Movie "Takers" is set for February 2010

One thing to look forward to be fore Tip is released from prison is the release of his new movie "Takers" which is set to come out sometime around February 2010. T.I. who executive produced the film, also stars in the movie along with a whole cast of great actors such as Idris Elba, Paul Walker, Christian Haydenson, Chris Brown, and Matt Dillon, just to name a few. Tip shot the film before he entered his prison sentence that he is currently serving in an Arkansas Federal Prison. Tiny's Birthday Bash Via T.I.

On July 16, tiny celebrated her 34th birthday party, hosted by Grand Hustle Comedian Lil Duval. In attendence was Tiny's friends and family, among them was her reality T.V. Co Star, Toya, former Exscape member and long time friend Kandi Buress, rapper Rasheeda, and others.

Even though Tip couldn't be there he showered his Boo with some great gifts, such as a 10kt diamond ring, a diamond necklace and, a LV Bag. His presence was certainly felt there for her. Must be nice, I know us regular folks are thinking those gifts are worth a lifetime of work for most people. Congratulations to Tiny, she deserves it. Thats what all the haters get, mad at her cuz she has all his love.

The Tiny and Toya Show is a HIT

Well I caught the sneak peak of Tiny and Toy's new reality show on Sunday after the BET awards, and before it came on they were interviewed on the post show, Toya made it clear that this was not a baby mama show. She was right, even though there is discussion of the men in their lives, the show was real. It showed alot of personal things about both girls such as Tiny's family struggling with her father having Alzheimers, and Toya's mother being on drugs in New Orleans, how they cope with family, children and wanting to have a fulfilling life besides being these famous men's other half. I'm so glad that Tiny mentioned that she was the successful one first, she won grammys and made millions before T.I., I'm so tired of these haters acting like she's only someone because of him. She put her fame and career on the back burner to be a wife and mother and take care of her family. I enjoyed the show, and I'll keep on watching. I'm wondering if anything will be aired about Toya's new Buffalo Bills boyfriend, anyway, I like it better than "The Housewives".

UPDATE!! on T.I. and Tiny Wedding Rumors

While it has been floating around the net that T.I. and Tiny did in fact get married, T.I. 's publicist reports that the rumors are just in fact RUMORS. Now whether the publicist just isn't at liberty to discuss the details or not, the fact remains WHO CARES!! They are basically married, whether they are legally or not isn't important, they live and have a family together, and I'm thinking that he don't buy 5 karat diamond engagement rings or $2,300 Louis Vuitton bags for just any girl. Tiny is his "ride or die" chick and they've been together 10 years stong so she or him isn't going anywhere.

T.I. and Tiny Finally Got Married

Sorry I forgot to report this, but yes its offical T.I. and Tiny got married. According to allhiphop.com the ceremony took place last friday on an island off of Miami. A source close to Tip and Tiny released this statement “Its been a crazy situation around here with all that has been taking place. In regards to Tiny and T.I., yes they are officially husband and wife,” said the source who wished to remain anonymous because they were not at liberty to officially discuss the issue. “It recently took place in a very private ceremony with only members of the immediate family and certain members of the Grand Hustle family.” SOURCE

So Congratulations to the happy couple. Oh and I keep reading blogs and these dummies are posting about conjical visits, I'm pretty sure you don't get those if you are only doing a year or less. Anyway sorry ladies, too late to be a home recker.!!!!!!!

T.I. Enters Prison

A sad day fell on Atlanta yesturday according to SandraRose.com, as Rapper T.I. surrendered to Federal Authorites shortly before noon at the Arkansas Federal Prison where he will begin his 366 day sentence. Tip was accompanied by his long term friend and business partner Jason Geter. He is expected to receive 55 days off his sentence for good behavior. Aside from the prison sentence Tip will also be on some type of house arrest for a year and must submit to hair folicle drug and alcohol testing for 3 years, all as stipulations of his plea agreement. T.I. could face up to 8 years in prison if the plea agreement is not followed. A farewell party was thrown at the Velvet room this weekend in his honor and the line was around the block and due to fire codes alot of people were unable to enter. This may be my last T.I. blog for a while unless new news comes up. We will all miss his presence in the music industry for a year. Check out his farewell recording with Mary J. T.I.'s having a Bachelor Party

Well several blogs have been reporting that T.I. and Tiny are officially getting married. Rumor has it that a Bachelor Party for TIP will be at the King of Diamonds Strip Club in Miami, in upcoming weeks so that the couple can tie the night before he enters prison around the 19th of May. I hope they really do it, we all love TIP and Tiny

According to MediaOutTake.com T.I. and Tiny plan to marry in the few weeks he has left before entering prison for his one year sentence. Apparently the couple who has been together since 2001 plan to have a private ceremony with immediate friends and family sometime before May 19th. So sorry ladies T.I. will enter prison a married man.

T.I. Sentenced To A Year And A Day

T.I. was sentenced today March 27,2009 on federal weopons charges. Judge Charles Parnell Jr called the plea deal "Experimental" but a complete success. The rapper/actor was sentenced to the expected one year and one day. He is expected to turn his self in within the next 6-8 weeks. Prior agreements are keeping him from entering before May 19th. T.I. held a press conference immediatly after the 45 minute hearing, "Although I am not thrilled about my next year and a day, I am pleased that I am beginning the process of putting this all behind me. Thank you and I apologize to my family, to the young men, young women that I mentor. I hope that I can keep at least one, if not a million or more, from going down a similar path. I just want to say thank you." MTV will be airing information all weekend on the sentencing, and the complete inteview will air on T.I.:Day of Reckoning Tues March 31, at 9:00 pm so tune in.

Tiny opens Tiny's Nail Bar in Stockbridge Georgia

T.I.'s wifey to be Tameka (Tiny) Cottle has opened her nail bar called Tiny's Nail Bar, located in Stockbridge Georgia. This full service spa will offer services such as nails, hair, massage and spray tanning just to name a few. Tiny told Essence Magazine this in her recent interview " Im very particular about my hair and nails, so I want to offer affordable services so all women can look their best." Looks like Tiny's got it together, with alot on her plate right now with T.I.'s sentencing just a few days away, plus being a mother and business owner. Good luck to Tiny.

T.I.'s Road To Redemption:45 Days To Go

T.I.'s Docu-series "Road to Redemption: 45 Days To Go" premiered last night on MTV. The show was raved by the LA Times today as a show unlike any other scared strait type of show. It showed a side of Tip alot of people don't ever see, like being at home with his kids and being involved with his family. Tip admits through out the 1 hour show, all the mistakes he has made, and what let him to that parking lot Otober 2007. He admits " Was it wrong?, Yes.", " Do I regret it?, Yes", "Did it make sense at the time, ABSOLUTLY". Then the show goes on to help a boy named PeeWee get his life off the streets before as T.I. says " You end up Dead or in Jail". T.I. will interfere in the life of 7 mislead kids through out the Series. The normal air time will be Tuesdays at 9:30 pm on MTV. Also Tune in to 106&Park this evening as it will be T.I.'s last interview before heading into prison next month. Our prayers go out to the whole Harris Family during this time and for whats ahead for him and them.

T.I. BRINGS HOME A 2009 GRAMMY

Rapper T.I. brought home yet another Grammy this year for Best Rap Duo/Group for" Swagger Like Us" which included T.I. and Jay Z featuring Lil Wayne and Kanye West. T.I. was nominated for 4 Grammy's this year. This makes T.I.'s third over all Grammy. The whole group performed the song for the first time live. T.I. also performed the hit "Dead and Gone" with Justin Timberlake. He escorted his fiance Tameka "Tiny" Cottle on the red carpet, the couple looked great. T.I. Nominated for 4 2009 Grammys

T.I. is up for 4 Grammys this time. He's been nominated for Rap Album of the Year for Paper Trail, Best rap song along with Jay Z,Lil Wayne and Kanye West for Swagger Like Us, he also is nominated twice in the category Best Hip Hip/Rap song by a duo or group for Swagger Like Us, and for Wish You Would with Ludacris. The Grammy's air this Sunday February 8th at 9:00 on CBS. T.I. will also be performing Swagger Like Us with the whole group on the song. T.I. has said they can't keep Jay off a boat, Wayne off a tour bus, or Kanye in the country long enough to rehearse. He said they may not have time to rehearse before the Grammy's. I bet it will still be great, so make sure to tune in. Also don't forget T.I.'s reality show "T.I.: 45 days to Redemption" airing Feb.9th at 9:00 on MTV.

T.I. thanks "The Love of His Life"

Rapper T.I. thanked God and the "Love of His Life" Tameka "Tiny" Cottle at Inaugural Hip Hop Honors as he accepted an award for his work in the Community. One of his last statements was "When its all said and done, I just want to be remembered as the Love of my Daughter's life and a true Hero to my sons."

T.I. and Tiny turned out for the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network Inaugural Ball in D.C. on Sunday. It was a star studded event, Jeezy, Russell Simmons, and the Rev. Al Sharpton were in attendance among others.

T.I. and Ex still battling over child support

Rapper T.I. and his ex baby mama LaShon Dixon are still battling over the fact she wants more child support for the 2 boys that he already pays every thing for. Back in September a Fulton County Georgia judge ordered only a $1000 increase to the $2000 that Dixon already gets. She is now trying to seek $10,000 dollars per month. She claims the children who live in his home recieve more benefits than her 2 boys. T.I. explained in court that he provides 100% financial support for those boys and she chooses not to work and live off the child support only. He went on to explain that they do not live together and havn't for 10 years, so he is not responsible for how she chooses to live. Also lawyers for T.I. say that in addition to the child support, the rapper pays 6-8 thousand dollars a month on private school, clothes, health insurance, food, vacations gifts etc.... In my opinion she's lucky that he don't take her to court for custody because she don't work, then she wouldn't get any money. He already paid for her car and gave her the down payment for her home. There is a reason she's not the fiance. I bet this all stems from jelousy that Tiny is the one who gets all those LV bags.
